Francesco leads the adoption of the agile methodologies, helping the bank to compete in the digital era.
He has an Executive Master in CIO from Elis ICT Management & MIP Politecnico di Milano and a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II.
Francesco worked extensively on several ICT projects, serving Alcatel-Lucent, Italtel, HPE on software engineering, networking, multimedia netwoplatforms, cloud, NFV, banking platforms. He coaches and facilitates the collaboration between the Business, IT and customers, in order to deliver real value in a consistent Time To Market, through a real Agile / DevOps implementation.
Francesco is an active member of several user groups about Agile, Lean, DevOps, System Thinking, Coaching, Radical Management, where he shares experience and improves his own skills. As speaker, he partecipates to several public events, contributing to divulgate the Agile culture in Italy.
Francesco is founder of the Italian Agile Group (in ScrumAlliance.org).
