Translated is a leading online translation company, one of the largest in terms of revenue (over €10M in 2015) and definitely one of the most innovative with products such as MyMemory, the largest online translation memory, and MateCat, a free and open source CAT tool.

I am involved in most strategic decisions on the current and future positioning of the company and development of technology, business and processes.

As the VP of Operations, I take responsibility for the smooth running of the day to day operations. I focus on the management of a team of 20 people (project and account managers, both senior and junior), on recruiting and growing talents and on analysing the processes and production in order to avoid any pitfalls with technology, processes or staffing.

I am also acting as the Product Manager for the MateCat CAT tool (www.matecat.com). I am in charge of the product development and marketing of the product both in terms of strategy and execution.
