2011-2012 — Head IT Department del Governo Russo. Una delle responsabilitlità principali è stata la diffusione e sviluppo delle soluzioni di e-Government.

2005-2011 — Vice Responsabile e Chief Information Officer Ministero del Tesoro Russo. Gestione del progetto Russian Federation Treasury Development, con un budget di 444 Milioni USD finanziato dalla World Bank.

2005-2011 — a deputy-head and CIO of the Treasury of Russia. Managed the Russian Federation Treasury Development Project with the budget of USD 444M funded by World Bank.

1994-2005 — CEO of Bank’s Soft Systems (BSS), the market leader in solutions for mobile banking in Eastern Europe employing more than 700 people.
